What I Learned About My Friends

No matter how old a person is and no matter what venue they operate in, there are people along the way that become friends.

During our little time out, we learned lessons about who our loyal friends are. No, we are not in grade school or high school but even as adults, we seem to go through these cycles where we have to be reminded that things are not always as they seem.

It broke our hearts when some of those who we thought were our friends turned their backs on us, some have yet to check to see why we were gone and so on but the friends that really hurt our feelings were the friends that stabbed us in the back. That's ok though, we now know who the imposters are.

We are so very thankful for the friends that have always been here for us and for those that have been loyal to us through thick and thin. Those are the friends that we will always trust and stand beside. We will also be there for you if / when you ever need us.
