eBay Issued Summary Judgment In Antitrust Lawsuit

U.S. District Court, Northern District of California Judge Jeremy Fogel granted eBay's motion for summary judgment. The summary judgment dismisses a lawsuit filed by eBay users who were alleging anti-competitive practices by both eBay and PayPal.
