If the major portion of Bonanza's marketing of the site is intended to be on the social media platform, inexperience and immaturity can't be an option, no matter what the potential. The site needs help NOW, not a year from now.<br /><br />With the falling away of so many experienced, established sellers, the glitches still frustrating buyers, and the continued lack of name recognition, it's time to be a little more selective in their hiring practices.<br /><br />Surely there are potential staff choices out there who have the qualifications necessary to quickly improve Bonanza's credibility, who also have a quirky sense of humor. But that quirky sense of humor seems to be the qualification that gets these people in the door, rather than a serious business background.<br /><br />We are past the point of having the luxury to hire interns with no experience. We don't have time anymore to wait for these kids to figure things out and get trained. Investors are in it for a ROI, and that return won't happen on the road they are traveling right now.<br /><br />I've started moving some things to other venues, and although I don't know that I'll abandon Bonz altogether, I'm leaving that option open.
